Isomorphic Sensor Readings

Two IoT devices produce sequences of sensor readings. Determine if the two sequences are "structurally identical" — i.e., there exists a one-to-one mapping between the values of one sequence and the values of the other such that replacing each value produces the other sequence. For example, [3,1,3,1] and [7,4,7,4] are structurally identical.
